We've been running the show around here since November of 2019, and I’d say we make a pretty great team. I’m Christa - I started Quiche Me If You Can with a handful of recipes, a couple mini pie pans and the support of some really amazing friends.

We got started baking quiches at the Portland Mercado (RIP), and farmers markets were our main gig for about four years until March of 2024 when we opened our first brick and mortar cafe!

We do still participate in farmers markets every week and you can check out our calendar to quiche up with us outside all year long.
